Power Products International offer two types of clamp for puk/ capsule style high power semiconductors requiring either double-sided or single-sided cooling. In addition to our standard range of bar and box clamps, we can design and manufacture to specific customer designs and applications.

Semiconductor bar clamps
Designed for use with puk/ capsule style high power semiconductors requiring double-sided cooling. A simple visual indicator provides confirmation that the correct clamping force has been applied.

Semiconductor box clamps
Box clamps are for use with puk / capsule style high power semiconductors requiring single-sided cooling. Using internal spring washers, the correct force is applied when the four corner bolts are tightened so that the box clamp is in contact with the heatsink.
