Vishay Thyristor Modules

The Vishay Semiconductors product portfolio includes rectifiers, fast-recovery diodes, high-power diodes and thyristors, small-signal diodes, Zener and suppressor diodes, RF transistors, optoelectronics, power modules (a combination of power diodes, thyristors, MOSFETs, and IGBTs), and automotive modules and assemblies.

	Manufactured by Vishay these UL approved 3 phase thyristor modules are rated from 50 to 100 Amps are fully compatible with the industry standard INT-A-PAK (MTK) power modules and feature 4000Vrms isolation. Applications include general purpose and heavy duty applications as control motor starter.
	Rated at up to 90 Amps and manufactured by Vishay these medium power thyristor modules (T modules) are intended for general purpose applications such as battery chargers, welders and plating equipment, regulated power supplies and temperature and speed control circuits. The semiconductors are electrical isolated from the metal base, allowing common heatsinks and compact assemblies to be built.
	ADD-A-PAK, thyristor modules manufactured by Vishay are rated to 105 Amps and exhibit excellent thermal performance obtained by the usage of exposed direct bonded copper substrate. These modules are intended for general purpose high voltage applications such as high voltage regulated power supplies, lighting circuits, temperature and motor speed control circuits, UPS and battery charger.
	Manufactured by Vishay these UL approved thyristor modules are rated from 135 to 160 Amps are fully compatible with the industry standard INT-A-PAK (MTK) power modules and feature 3500 Vrms isolation. Applications include DC motor control and drives, battery chargers welders, power converters, lighting control and heat and temperature control.
	This new VSK series of MAGN-A-PAKTM modules rated at up to 250 Amps from Vishay use high voltage power thyristor/thyristor and thyristor/diode in seven basic configurations. The semiconductors are electrically isolated from the metal base, allowing common heatsinks and compact assemblies to be built. These modules are intended for general purpose applications such as battery chargers, welders, motor drives, UPS, etc.
