The Generation 5 of Vishay ADD-A-PAK thyristor – diode modules combine the excellent thermal performance obtained by the usage of Direct Bonded Copper substrate with superior mechanical ruggedness, thanks to the insertion of a solid copper baseplate at the bottom side of the device. The Cu baseplate allows an easier mounting on the majority of heatsink with increased tolerance of surface roughness and improved thermal spread. Ratings are from 400 to 1600 volts and upto 160 Amps. |

Manufactured by Vishay these INT-A-PAK™ UL approved high voltage thyristor – diode modules are available in three basic configurations and feature an electrically isolated base plate via DBC ceramic (AI2O3) providing 3500 VRMS isolation. Rated to 136A amps and 1600 Volts they are suitable for DC motor control and drives, battery charges, welders, power converters and lighting control applications. |
