Powerex - Thyristor Modules

Powerex POW-R-BLOK™ modules feature combinations of SCR and Diode configurations in an electrically-isolated baseplate construction that allows for mounting with other components on a common heatsink without additional clamping or insulation components being required.

Thyristor Modules Powerex

Powerex Single SCR Modules are rated to 1500 Amps and are designed for use in applications requiring phase control and isolated packaging. The modules are isolated for easy mounting with other components on a common heatsink.

Rated up to 90Amps and Manufactured by Powerex these Dual SCR Modules are designed for use in applications requiring phase control and isolated packaging. The modules are isolated for easy mounting with other components on a common heatsink. POW-R-BLOKTM has been tested and recognized by  UL (E78240)

Powerex AC Switch SCR Modules are suited to Transfer Switches,  AC Welders and  Motor Soft Starters they are designed for use in applications requiring phase control and isolated packaging.
