Thyristor - Diode Modules Semikron Manufactured by SEMIKRON the SEMITOP® range of thyristor /diode modules feature a Compact design one screw mounting package, heat transfer and isolation  through direct copper bonded aluminium oxide ceramic (DBC)  and Glass passivated thyristor chips. Rated from 25 to 113 Amps and are suited to UPS applications.
