PPI - Single Phase Rectifier Assemblies

PPI offer a range of standard single phase rectifier assemblies. Built using combinations of power thyristors, diodes and or modules mounted onto heatsinks and connected as single  phase bridges.  In addition to our standard range of rectifier assemblies PPI are able to manufacture customer specific power assemblies using components from all of the major power semiconductor manufacturers. The topologies depicted below are generally the most popular, however others can be supplied according to requirements.

Rectifier Assemblies Single Phase

Manufactured by PPI This full wave diode assembly can incorporate components from any of the major power semiconductor manufacturers. Typical numbering sequences are M2UK or 1C1
Rectifier Assemblies Single Phase

This Diode bridge assembly known as B2U or 1B1 is manufactured by PPI and can include power semiconductors from our partners or from customer specified manufacturers

 

 
Rectifier Assemblies Single Phase

Manufactured by PPU using a combination of Power Diodes and thyristors  this half controlled bridge  (B2HZ or 1BE1) can be built using customer specified power semiconductors or using PPI Standard components

 
Rectifier Assemblies Single Phase

Recognised as B2HKF or 1BPK1 this positive half controlled power rectifier assembly is available with or without  (B2HK or 1BP1) a free wheel diode. PPI can manufacture the rectifiers assembly using standard or customer specified power semiconductors.
Rectifier Assemblies Single Phase

Manufactured by PPI this negative half controlled rectifier assembly  is available with (B2HAF or  1BNK1) a free wheel diode or without (B2HA or 1BN1). Like many PPI assemblies this unit can be built using discrete diodes and thyristors or semiconductor modules.

Built using discrete power diodes and thyristors or semiconductor modules this full wave thyristor assembly is available with ( M2CKF or 1CGK1) or without a free wheel diode (M2CK or 1CG1) Like all power rectifier assemblies from PPI these units can be tailored to customer specification

Designed and manufactured by PPI this thyristor bridge assembly can be either a customer specific or a PPI standard unit and is available with (B2CF or 1BGK1) or without  (B2C or 1BG1) a free wheel diode
Rectifier Assemblies Single Phase

Manufactured by PPI and designated WC1 or 1AG1 this inverse parallel thyristor regulator is available using PPI standard or customer specified units.
