Stamped and Formed Cooling Plates

Pada has a wide range of standard transistor heat sinks, cooling plates and transistor mounting clips. These stamped heat sinks are black anodized and drilled to aid component fixing. Securing of “ TO” package transistors and small power semiconductors is by means of steel transistor clips.
