The 19MT050XFAPbF MOSFET Modules is a “Full Bridge” module rated at 31Amps and 500Volts. The high performance of these modules is optimized by the use of built in fast recovery diodes. Approved by UL and RoHS compliant these MOSFET Modules are ideally suited to Welding, UPS and SMPS applications
