SEMITRANS® MOSFET modules manufactured by SEMIKRON feature short connections and built-in gate resistors to suppress internal oscillations even in critical applications. Rated from 130 to 200 Amps and available in a single switch configuration they are suited to Switched mode power supplies, DC servo and robot drives , DC choppers and UPS equipment.

Manufactured by SEMIKRON these SEMITOP® MOSFET modules feature one screw mounting and isolation through direct copper bonded aluminium oxide ceramic (DCB). Rated from 80 to 290Amps they are available in 6-pack, H-bridge, and Half bridge configurations.
