SKiiP3® Intelligent Power Modules manufactured by SEMIKRON feature SPT (Soft Punch Trough) IGBTs , CAL diode technology, an Integrated current sensor  and an integrated heatsink.  These high current  modules (1000A to 2400 Amps) are available in six pack and half pack configuration.

SKiiP2® Intelligent Power Modules manufactured by SEMIKRON feature , CAL diode technology, an Integrated current sensor,an integrated heatsink and an integrated gate driver  These medium current  modules (400A to 1200 Amps) are available in half-bridge and six pack  configurations.
Intelligent Power Modules Semikron

Manufactured by SEMIKRON  these MiniSKiiP®  modules are designed for  quick and easy solder-free assembly. The MiniSKiiP® IPM is developed for motor power up to 15kW and has a latch-up free SOI driver IC for reliable driving already integrated. Compared to other intelligent power modules this new IPM demonstrates the lowest thermal resistance of 0,95K/W and the highest junction temperature of +175ºC.
