Vishay - High Voltage Diode Modules

The Vishay Semiconductors product portfolio includes rectifiers, fast-recovery diodes, high-power diodes and thyristors, small-signal diodes, Zener and suppressor diodes, RF transistors, optoelectronics, power modules (a combination of power diodes, thyristors, MOSFETs, and IGBTs), and automotive modules and assemblies.

High Voltage Diode Modules Vishay

Vishays’ High Voltage Diode Modules use standard recovery power rectifier diodes. The semiconductors are electrically isolated from the metal base, allowing a common heatsink and compact assemblies to be built. Current ratings are from 40 to 110 Amps with a voltage range  of 100 to 1200 VRRM. Applications include power supplies, battery charges, welders, motor controls and general industrial current rectification.
High Voltage Diode Modules Vishay

Rated from 400 to 1600 VRRM These High Voltage Diode  Modules  manufactured by Vishay are electrically isolated by DBC ceramic which provides for 3500 VRMS isolating voltage and are available in an Industrial standard package with four basic configurations. These modules are approved to UL E78996 and typical applications include  DC motor control and drives, Battery chargers Welders and Power converters.
High Voltage Diode Modules Vishay

These Fast Recovery Diode Modules manufactured by Vishay  are rated at 460 Amps and 2500VRRM . They are UL approved (E78996) and and isolation voltage is 3000 VRMS. Typical applications include  snubber for large GTOs’ and IGBTs’
High Voltage Diode Modules Vishay

MAGN-A-PAK TM Diode modules from Vishay use high voltage power diodes in two basic configurations. The semiconductors are electrically isolated from the metal base, allowing common heatsinks and compact assemblies to bebuilt. They can be interconnected to form single phase or three phase bridges and the single diode module can be used in conjunction with the thyristor modules as a freewheel diode. These modules are intended for general purpose applications such as battery chargers, welders and plating equipment and where high voltage and high current are required (motor drives, etc.).

Super Magn

Manufactured by Vishay SUPER MAGN-A-PAK TM diode modules are rated to 2000Volts and 600Amps. Isolation voltage is 3000Vrms via a non toxic substrate. These industry standard diode modules are UL approved (E78996) and are suitable for motor drives and UPS systems.
