Actual thermal resistance of a heatsink in any application depends on a number of variables and the figures given should be used only as a guide. Exact thermal performance can be calculated for a given set of operating conditions using the PPI stack programme. Please contact PPI technical sales for details.

Efficient heatsinks are an essential component of any power semiconductor system and PPI have a wide range of extruded aluminium heatsinks available from stock. We can also provide heatsinks to customer designs subject to tooling charges and minimum volumes.
All extrusions can be supplied as cut lengths or drilled and machined to customer specification. We operate the latest CNC drilling and machining centres which provide accurately machined, cost-efficient parts on short cycle-times.
Heatsinks can be supplied in natural, black-anodized or alochrome finishes.
